Edgion AI provides AI-powered grading tools for educators, including:
- Grading Sheet Generator: A tool to create customized, printable answer sheets for multiple-choice assessments
- Scoring Module: An automated system that reads scanned answer sheets and generates scored results
- Answer Key Management: Tools to create and manage answer keys for assessments
- Results Export: Functionality to export grading results in CSV format
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

7.3 Student Data
If you upload student information, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so and that your use complies with applicable laws, including FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) if applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by Edgion AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
While we strive for high accuracy in our grading services, we recommend that educators review results and maintain final authority over student grades.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGION AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edgion AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your User Content
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
