2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Plan
Our free plan requires no payment and therefore involves no refunds. You can use the free plan indefinitely with the included monthly page quota.
2.2 Paid Plans (Basic Plus, Pro, Pro Plus)
Our paid subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Here's how cancellation and refunds work:

2.3 Cancellation Process

Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all paid features until that date
- After the period ends, your account will revert to the free plan
- Your data and answer keys will be preserved
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers to paid plans:
- First-time paid subscription (not previously a paid subscriber)
- Request submitted within 7 days of initial subscription
- Processed fewer than 100 pages during the subscription
To request a refund under this guarantee:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
4. Add-on Pages
Add-on page purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges.
4.1 Refund Policy for Add-ons
- Unused add-ons: If you have not used any of your add-on pages, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Partially used add-ons: No refunds are available once add-on pages have been used
- Expired add-ons: No refunds for add-on pages that have expired (30-day validity)
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may offer refunds or credits in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Outages
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using paid features, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
